6,000W Fiber Laser Cutting
Our 6,000-watt fiber laser delivers exceptional speed and precision across a wide range of materials and thicknesses. Fiber laser technology produces a superior cut edge compared to CO₂ systems — cleaner, faster, and more consistent. Whether you need a prototype run of a few pieces or a production order of thousands, our laser handles it with the same accuracy.
We cut carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other conductive metals. Parts come off the machine clean and ready for secondary operations or shipping.
CNC Press Brake Forming
Our CNC press brake gives us precise, repeatable control over every bend. Computer-controlled tooling means your angle, flange length, and springback compensation are dialed in from the first hit — not after three trial pieces. We handle simple single-axis bends through complex multi-break geometries.
Forming services support jobs that come from our laser as well as customer-supplied blanks. We work from engineering drawings, DXF files, or sample parts.
MIG & TIG Welding
Skilled welders performing both MIG (GMAW) and TIG (GTAW) welding for structural and cosmetic applications. MIG welding for speed and strength on production structural work. TIG welding for clean, high-quality joints on stainless, aluminum, and finish-sensitive assemblies.
We weld carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. All weld work is visually inspected to ensure joint quality before leaving our shop.
Assembly Services
Beyond cutting, bending, and welding individual parts, we can assemble fabricated components into finished sub-assemblies or complete units. This reduces your internal labor, simplifies receiving, and compresses your production timeline by letting you receive ready-to-install parts.
Assembly services include hardware installation, fastener insertion (PEM nuts, studs), and basic mechanical assembly. Ask about what we can combine for your specific application.
Production Runs
From short prototype runs to high-volume repeat production, we scale to fit your order. Our scheduling and workflow is optimized for production efficiency — which means competitive per-part pricing as quantities increase and consistent quality across every batch.
We work with clients who have recurring monthly needs as well as one-time large orders. Once your part is proven in, repeat orders are straightforward.
Saw Cutting
Cold saw and band saw cutting for bar stock, tubing, structural angles, channels, and beams. Accurate length cutting with burr-free or minimal-burr ends, ready for secondary machining or direct use in weldments and assemblies.
Saw cutting is available as a standalone service or as part of a complete fabrication package. We cut steel, stainless, and aluminum in round, square, rectangular, and structural profiles.
Machining
CNC and conventional machining for parts that need precision features beyond what laser cutting or forming can achieve. Drilled and tapped holes, counterbores, slots, pockets, and turned profiles — we machine features directly into fabricated parts, eliminating the need to coordinate a second vendor.
Available as a complement to our laser, brake, and welding services or as a standalone operation on your blanks.
